The problem is that people hear a testimony like this and try to imitate the formula, but don't realize that it's about listening and following the instructions God gave specifically to him. He had an intimate relationship of communication with the Lord. The principles are true, but we need the Holy Spirit to help us apply them to ourselves and our circumstances. God is so personal. Just look at how many different ways He provided for people in the Bible.

I remember a preacher said that we should hesitate when giving money to the homeless because God might do not want us to do that because they'll misuse it... Then he said we should instead give our money to the Church 🧐. I'm thinking to myself... The Church misuse funds all of the time, so shouldn't we also consult God when giving to Churches, or does that only apply to homeless people that actually needs something?

God may want you to leave money at random places in public for people to pick up and use. God may want you to give to the homeless. God may want you to donate to a charity. There's infinite ways God may want you to give.

Captain blind write down your money in after taxes, subtract your bills and give yourself “funny money” every week. Mine was $40 every week for miscellaneous fun after my gas, insurance and bills. Then you need o donate 10% to the poor. God will help you. Also, cut your credit cards. ALL OF THEM!!!! :) you can do it! Sign up for online banking and track all of your balances and live off cash. Also set aside some Small savings for yourself. When you see that account grow; you will become motivated.

First off all you need to purify yourself physically. Cut your nails hands/feet. Then shave your armpits/pubic area. Now you have to bathe/bath yourself from head to toe. Before bathing start by taking water in mouth and gargle three times by tilting your neck slightly and spit out each time. Then clean inner side of nose with water three times. Now was all your body good all over, start from your right handside and make sure every hair is wet/every bodypart is washed good everywhere (clean). Job Done. You are now physically clean and purified yourself from outside. That is the first stage you just done. The second stage is the most important if you want to purify yourself from inside. nasser d I said nothing about not having the right heart. But a lot of the men in the Bible were very wealthy. Job,Solomon, David, Joseph. Etc.... God made them prosper and also Abraham. God desires that for us but people get it mistaken.

This awful. You have to be able to feed yourself first, before you can help the person next to you. And when he is says he is tithing, hr's just giving his money tip his church. No wonder he's in debt. Why not actively help the poor in your community instead of paying someone else to do it? Just cut out the middle man.
