What would you say is the best free standing punching bag in terms of sturdiness and being able to actually take shots ? I’m looking at getting this or the pexmor as of right now but I’m going with whatever you recommend. Love the content bro keep it up

Question my man .. about this bag . I have a upstairs apartment.. would you consider this to be one of the more quieter bags for the neighbors below me ? The one I have no has no suction cups or springs and it shakes the floor wen it rocks .

@@csquaredboxing Hi just wanted to leave an update, I ended up getting the bag and have been using it for almost a week now. I ended up using sand and it seems to be fine. Although I don't think the pad is all that great being on the bottom of the bag since a hard enough hit just displaces it and you hit the metal behind it. I just use it on the bag itself as an extra layer and as a target. Really like it so far though, thanks for the review and recommendation

I ordered this and the instructions recommended sand, not water. It stated water will slosh around and begin to smell and sand is more stable.
