A Good News/Bad News Hunt... 5 Star Elk and Whitetail Heartbreak!

I wish they had "pins" you could drop on your map that only showed on the map, not in game while playing, that you could also add a little message to. Its hard to keep track of what heards you want to keep an eye on. Currently I just drop a tracking marker near the animal icon if that heard has a 4 star animal I want to keep track of. But it sucks seeing several markers in the game as your running around. Itd be cool to be able to drop a little pin on the map where you could type a little msg like "3 star adult and 4 star mature in heard". The msg would be hidden unless you drag your cursor on the pin then the msg could pop up. And you just delete the pin when you kill the animal your trying to keep track of or it dies.. this map is so big its just hard to keep track of all the heards.

You can move the animals around now by walking into them. The bodies just kind of flop around but you can get better angles for screen shots. It also sometimes makes your character fly up I to the air a bit...

maybe elk have a better chance of reaching 5 star then white tail because elk have a longer lifespan then deer naturally which probably gives them a better chance of maturing into 5 star bulls.

Dang that sucks, I think I happened to me as well I had three four star mule deer in the same location, not sure if they died or one of these updates made them move but I can't find them

Have you seen any 5 star mule deer with more than 4 points on each side? I haven’t and that’s super annoying cause I’m starting to think they half assed the mule deer antler variations? What do you think?
