Been balling with Qingque on one of my alts. No mono quantum because I started it at like 2.4 but Sunday E0S1 + Sparkle = hella skill points. Thank goodness Qingque was on Sunday's banner too, got her E5.

For general play? No, her debuffs last for a few turns. However apoc heavily focuses on weakness break, spamming skills reduces more toughness and gets her ult back faster which reduces even more toughness, resulting in a fast clear

Depends on situation. Ulting on 4 dice means a little more energy efficient and more dmg on the ult but then you are at the mercy of rngesus for the next turn.

Most of the time you're supposed to ult after rolling and before basic. Skill gives damage boost everytime you use it up to 4 times so ulting with the skill means ult does more damage. Getting the 4 tiles again by basic and then ult reduces damage by a decent bit but also relies less on rng.
