Shin, his debuff/mark went to his passive. Now, everytime his skills hit creeps or hero, they'll be marked, and all of your basic atks will be enhanced to the marked enemies based on your HP. Hence, you should build HP/tank items for him. He's also good now as jungler/explaner. Also, I think the intro would be perfect if you yelled, "Haiyaaa", but it's still a surprise LOL

Idk why the slow effect isn't in Akai's 2nd skill description. But it does slow the enemy by 20%-25% for 0.2 seconds I believe.
