In the name of Allah the most Gracious the most Merciful, Anas ibn Malik reported that the prophet sallahu alai wassalam said: MAKE THINGS EASY AND DO NOT MAKE THINGS DIFFICULT. CALM PEOPLE AND DO NOT AROUSE THEIR AVERSION. 1) Makes things easy, meaning go for the easier path whether in your actions or your actions with people. From the guidance of the prophet sallahu alaihi wassalam, to choose the easier of the two things as long as it did not involve a sin. If did involve a sin, he would be the furthest of people from it. So choose the easiest of things for Allah wants ease for us and not difficulty. " Allah intends ease for you, and He does not want to make things difficult for you." surah 2:185 For example, you have two roads to the masjid and one has thorns/pricks and the other is safe and easy, so choose the second one. However, if you have no other option than to use the difficult path, then you will be rewarded. For example, doing a perfect wudhu in cold water during winter washes sins away and elevates your rank, but if you can use warm water, then that is better, because you are using what is easy. 2) Give glad tidings, meaning you always be optimistic about yourself and to others as well. For instance, when you make duaa you should be optimistic and certain than you will be answered by Allah the Merciful, for Allah says : call upon me, and i will respond to you. surah 40:60. And the salaf( righteous predecessors) used to say: whoever was guided by Allah to make duaa, then let him be optimistic of being answered. Likewise, do not frighten people but give good advice to people and comfort them in times of difficulty. For example, while visiting sick people, console and advice them upon patience, that you will be rewarded, times change... 3) do not repel people, meaning encourage people to do good deeds and to remain on the right path. For example, some imams often prolong the swalaat and this may cause trouble to the young, the sick or the old. In fact, Mu'ad radwiallu anhu once prolonged the obligatory prayer and some people left the congregation, while one man left and prayed alone. that man was called a hypocrite. So the latter went to and told the prophet swallahu alaihi wassalam and Mu'adh was called upon, and he was told: : " are you causing fitnah (trouble/hardship), or Mu"adh?" and the prophet sallahu alai wassalam told another man: " some of you avert others from good, whoever leads sawalaat should make it brief." so do not make the religion difficult for the people, but make easy for them. When you give da'wah, speak well and do not say, oh sinner, oh oppresser, but speak gently and with warm so as to attract people to the religion. Here you go yaa akhi, i tried what i can, May Allah forgive me if did some mistakes deliberately or undeliberately. I simplified it and omitted certain things as well to make it shorter. May Allah let this knowledge spread far. May Allah forgive us all ameen.
