give google earth a try and look for public parking. there are tons of spots all over the state, it's basically like a giant bay. they really promote people driving to the state and parking. tons and tons of spots. comes down to if you want inshore, open beaches, rocks and cliffs, jetties, just explore on google earth and good luck. in the spring, try inshore, midseason work the jetties and rocks and ledges, and work the beaches and ledges and jetties in the fall and move your feet looking for albies and birds.
