(Thanks for the shout out, and I’m glad you liked the idea!!!) I’m so confused…who is the sad little girl at the end? I guess I’ll have to tune in to the next episode, da dummmmm. 😁 (I love mysterious cliffhanger type stuff!) I can absolutely see the Heir passing to Cailan and Noah and Insert Brother not being that interested in it because they have their own lives/careers/families going. Maybe they want some compensation for it, but Cailan has loved working the farm and seems the better fit. Plus, his hijinks are always fun! Poor Fatima, I think she is just DONE having kids, hopefully she doesn’t fall into a deep depression that she can’t get out of…no one could blame her! Interesting that Alexander grew up with such awful traits! He could definitely be real trouble in the future…cruel, materialistic…he might want to do in Brayden and Cailan so he can control the farm and the money. (Gah, keep cruel Sims away from the animals!) He’s very handsome and looks really different from the other brothers…his story could be interesting. He may want to be a soldier/knight because he likes the power and ability to hurt others without repercussions? I feel so sad for Brayden and Fatima, and idk what their future will be…is the power of their love strong enough to withstand no more kids? Will Fatima become so depressed she cannot take care of herself much less her one child and the farm? Will Brayden yearn for someone who can provide him with a house full of children, despite his love for Fatima…or does his love fade for her due to misguided grief causing him to blame her for not being able to carry a child that will live (when it very well could be from his genetics, not hers, or just something that in modern times they would be able to easily fix right away, but in the 1300s was deadly.) His misguided grief turns to anger and frustration with her, and he turns to another. Or Fatima just leaves, leaves her sad life behind and goes elsewhere, or goes tragically by her own hand. (Lol, I watched way too many soaps growing up and read too many drahhhma romances as a teen!) Anyway, loving this series!! You’re such a great storyteller. (P.S., my current favorite author, not a melodramatic soap opera-ish writer, but a master of novels of poetry and such beauty, wrapped in long running characters and murder mysteries, Louise Penny, is a fellow Canadian, and I believe also lives in Quebec. There is a beautiful and special town, that isn’t on the map, but if you get sort of lost on a backroad south of Montreal, and wind up in a little village of Three Pines…definitely stay there. I highly, highly recommend Louise Penny’s mystery novels, the Inspector Gamache series…must be read in order, and the quirky and lovely cast of characters, and the amazing town of Three Pines. She is a Canadian treasure!!)

The little girl at the end is Cara, Harlan's illegitimate daughter 🫣 a while back he had a woohoo with Sheila Townsend (Stefanie's mother-in-law) in the background while I was playing as Brayden at a tavern, and it resulted in little Cara, who Stefanie has been trying to pass off as her daughter's twin 🥲 One thing I thought of with regards to the succession is that Brayden would not trust his twin brother or Noah with his legacy; I bet he'd trust the cool, level-headed Cailan (or maybe his sisters Esther and Alyson!) and would want the farm to pass on to him instead, so maybe he gets a will done to ensure Cailan is the one who gets the farm if something happens to Romarin before he comes of age. I love your idea of having Alexander get involved too! I initially worried it might make things too easy if Brayden ended up in prison because of his debts and it happened to be his brother who ran it... But with him being cruel, it might be the opposite! Maybe he would demand that Brayden give him part of the farm or something to avoid mistreatment 🫣 There are so many possibilities for Fatima and Brayden, I don't know which way to go! Their autonomy seems to always bring them back together, and then tear them apart again 😭and we also have Zayne lurking in the background, he's at an age where he should be getting married... Fatima might lose her chance to be with her soulmate if she doesn't make a move soon! Oh my gosh... I haven't read the books but I did watch the Three Pines series on Amazon Prime and LOVED it! I'll have to check out the books!

Well now I like the idea of Alexander being heir if you’re willing to sibling hop! Cailan is callous yeah but having an actual cruel sim as heir could be really wild especially once you mentioned having him run a prison! Like I have no idea how that could work in the scheme of the game but that sounds hilarious. Maybe a remake of the jail from the Get to Work pack to be more gross and old timey and he plays the police career?? Or maybe making his “house” the jail? And if his reputation gets really bad sims would automatically have negative introductions with him so like.. who would want to marry him at that point?? Its giving Sheriff of Nottingham and I’m living haha! Loved the ep and the ending there was super cute. I hope Adrianna stay happy and she and her new family don’t hang for their sure to be many continuous crimes. 😅😅

@@bjones2600 ohhhh that's such a good idea... I'd have to make up some rules for making money as a prison keeper, but that could be really fun to play, it would be so different from farming! Can you imagine Adrianna and her family get dragged back to Windenburg and end up in her brother's prison? 😂🫣 Probably alongside Brayden who will be locked up because of his debts 🥲

Oh my goodness, Alexander is sooo cute but also does seem like the kind of guy who'd like to be a keeper 😅 Whoa, after Adrianna and Cailan left the household looks so small! Usually there are so many more faces down there!!! Poor Fatima! It's no wonder she doesn't want to be pregnant or have any more babies. This would be so traumatic for her 😭😭 Hopefully nothing happens to Romarin, but if it does, Cailan should definitely be the next! He's such an interesting guy with so much drama going on, and so much fun to watch!🤭 Ahhh thank goodness they took Harlan's daughter (right?)!!! She needs to have a safe home away from the chaos!

I have no clue how to go about it, but being a prison keeper seems tailor-made for Alexander 😂 I can't believe I struggled with having too many sims in the household during the previous generation, and this time it's almost too small to get all the chores done!! Fatima is really turning into a tragic character, she doesn't deserve all this death 😭 And yes, that's Harlan's daughter! I don't know if he and Adrianna will be very good role models, but it can't be worse than where she is right now... I think? 🫣

Alexander is the way he is because of the haircut...while cute to us he's always hated it and now everyone must pay! No I love him fascinating he is the way he is and gets to be cruel in a job that requires him to be (just hope he avoids all the lice...yuck!) Fatima...girl...just when things were looking better (other than money) the disasters keep striking...Fatima i'm voting you run so you can get a happier ending than this...ah! Cailan is so funny...just a mess a mess!!! He is just going to keep going until everything explodes on him and already he's losing it a bit, I'm so amused Adrianna went and did it and I love that for her but ooof Harlan are you going to be able to keep up with her? She has so much...spirit? Can't wait to see where their adventures take them and whoooo is that little lady in the end? Curious! I don't mind jumping to Cailan or Alexander if its more fun. At the end of the day it is about fun and while we would be losing the main family you are still within the siblings. I mean we could also just go to Frederick but just ignore him and focus on the other family members because they are more interesting~ (but here's hoping we can stay with the main fam for now!)

Cailan is really setting himself up for disaster 😂 hopefully his erratic wife won't do anything too drastic if she discovers just how many lady "friends" he has 🫣 I'm not sure if Harlan and Adrianna will be together forever or if he's just a stepping stone to get her out of Windenburg... I could see them living in sin for a while until something has Adrianna feeling stuck and she decides to run away again 🫣🫣 maybe she'll meet her soulmate in a distant land and run off with them? Only time will tell! And the young girl at the end is Harlan's illegitimate daughter Cara (whose mother is Sheila, Stefanie's mother-in-law who hates children!) Fingers crossed that nothing happens to Romarin and the line of succession stays clear! But by the time he makes it to being a teen it'll be the 100-year war, so I'm not sure how well things will go for him... Without mentioning he might end up in prison if his father doesn't get their finances in order 💀

@@higglety230 not writing him off just yet! Just thinking up contingencies because when he becomes a teen he might immediately get shipped off to war 🙃 so it might take him a while to get married and start making kids (if he makes it that far!)
