This movie is really sweet. Well acted, and no unnecessary or dragged out scene. I liked that they showed them on several dates and we could hear them talk. The writer really built something wholesome and we can imagine them "loving" each other. This is refreshing compared to what we get now. However, the last scene is so unrealistic, and the lady "suddenly" realised that she loves her best friend That's what spoilt it for me. Yet, it has a good rewatch value. Those choristers were not it, and some were even chopping mouth. The change in groom scene was so unrealistic that it didn't even elicit a single gasp, talkless of serious emotions, from the wedding attendees. They just acted like it was normal and carried on.

I agree with you 💯 I mean why would the writer ruin a perfectly scripted movie with such terrible,unrealistic and ridiculous ending?! Deep down I knew it was going to end that way since it’s nollywood🤦🏽‍♀️ but I was wishing that for a change it wouldn’t. That French guy was a perfect gentleman and every ladies dream man. He deserved to be with her realistically!

No one gasped, parents didn't even bother to stand up in shock, Father didn't even open his mouth in amazement, nary a scream did we hear, and the lady didn't seem conflated to change partner at the last minute. All these would have still salvaged the ridiculous ending a bit. Everyone just acted like it was a normal day in their lives.

Lovely movie, with great lessons. Never be afraid to speak your mind,share your feelings ,and go for what you want. Also, never settle. Side note...he may have loved her,however, she was willing to marry another even after she sister told her that he loves her...Sorry ooooo if he was my brother I would tell him not to settle for second choice. If, the husband to be didn't call it off she would have married him ( knowing she and her besties are in love).
