There are things I like more about Podlasie, and there are things I like more about Lithuania. Podlasie is more renovated, it's more like Central Europe. Lithuania is better than Podlasie due to seaside and we have quite big cities Vilnius and Kaunas 100 km apart. Podlasie only has Bialystok with Warsaw not too far away around 200 km from Podlasie. Warsaw is 400 km from here. I like Poland overall due to infrastructure.

I was in Lithuania for a week and one day. Managed to explore all its major cities. (Klaipeda, Kaunas, Vilinius, Siauliai or however you write it, Panzhevys and Palanga.) Surprisingly, it was quite sunny most of the time and I kept telling everyone to have a good day. The people were friendly once they learned that I was Polish, and we even spoke in russian. Upon entering Vilinius, I came across many Poles or atleast people with Polish roots who decided to stay there, including a nice cashier Jolanta who helped me with the self register in Iki. Overall rating: Laba diena/10
