I get what you're saying but sometimes it is not as simple as changing some aspect of our lives. There's a lot that plays into making that change. Not everyone has the resources to make the change they wish to make. Resources can be many things. It can be having supportive family members and or friends, it can be having a skill set, having access to education, having healthy coping mechanisms and or financial resources. It's a lot easier to make changes when resources are available to us whereas it's a lot more difficult when we don't have the resources needed to make those changes. Most people wouldn't have been able to make the changes today that they were able to make had they not had the resources needed to make that change. I'm not saying people don't work hard to get where they are in life but they also had the initial resources to get to where they are at. Having the resources needed in point A to get to point B certainly helps.

I am always very self-aware regarding my privilege and never take that for granted 💛 I wish everyone had resources / access to make change to better their life. It is such a deep topic!
