I am old enough to have seen the actual fire falling from the top. I think they stopped it because of fire danger. I would like to go see the natural one sometime

i LOVE the park ranger's approach in this video. So helpful and informative whilst also politely reminding people to not be idiots and leave their trash (because OBVIOUSLY this is a thing with people who go there now...). Awesome video. It's odd that she says that the firefall ended in the 1950s. I was there as a child in 1964 and they did it then.

I got to see it ( real fire fall) with my own eyes, very cool to see, It ended well after the 50s, prally in the 70s.
