It was finally confirmed last night, there will be a lvl 70 boost with the prepatch. "Yep! Level 70 boost is coming with the 3.4.0 patch this week. We've announced that elsewhere, so I don't mind confirming here. It'll be limited to 1 per account like the level 58 boost was, and can be used for a Blood Elf or Draenei. @bigbobbedboi about the part of the epic flying skill not being discounted, if you go to either Thrallmar or Honor Hold trainer, you WILL get the reputation discount. The game will use Orgrimmar or Stormwing reputation, respectively. At Exalted, you will get the 20% (1k gold) discount.

Yeah you're right! I only checked the trainers in SMV out of habit and those are not tagged with a faction to give a discount. Will pin.

In case no one know blizz has announced one lvl 70 boost on wowhead back on 22nd Blizzard Blue Tracker | Official Post Level 70 Boost - The level cap will be increased to 80, and we’re introducing a Level 70 Boost so those who didn’t play Burning Crusade Classic but wish to play Wrath with their friends or explore Northrend can do so right away. This boost will be available one per account and can be used on any class except Death Knights

Can you link to the actual post? There's no blue post like that for the 22nd on wowheads blue tracker. The only mention I have seen about a boost was one way back where they said they would do one, excluding death knights, but they didn't mention the price or when it would be available.

The thing about Haunted Memento,is that for some reason (idk if this was how it was back in wrath) on the PTR, the ghost seems to get stuck on objects. Like if you have memento on and you take the elevator up from undercity into lordareon, the ghost wont follow you because he's stuck in the elevator

The guy that drops the bat is not a new boss. In fact there is a feat of strength achievement for having gotten the bat while it was available. He also drops the arcanite ripper guitar axe that turns you into the guitar player from lvl70 etc.

The plague is exactly why the pre patch should have been 6 weeks.. I played the prepatch during the original release of wrath... You couldn't do s*** as far as leveling I had to stop leveling my paladin because people were constantly turning everybody into scourge... Those of us that are choosing to start out on the fresh server we're not going to be able to do anything so basically we're getting screwed.

a 1000 gold for Dual Specing really stings. Why would they go back and choose the 1000 gold and not go with the 30 to 40 gold for dual specing when they first patched in Lich King originally. Like trying to reach a 1000 gold especially in the lower level take so much precious time to even get.
