Just got one , was debating on a Jensen all digital + a alarm system but it required 4 AA batteries and I’m sure it was going to drain ( not too sure ) but I went with the Sony because of 2 AA batteries. This video is like the confirm good choice I did . Thank you.

Yep! Very happy with it. The radio is pretty good for battery life. Using just 2 batteries makes it pretty light too!

I have this AM/FM radio, it's mainly for my FM transmitter. Epic stuff, and then I used my working cheap walkie talkie to use as a AM transmitter LOL

Hi I got a question. What kind of material is the "glass" at the top dial made (I mean where the frequencies are shown) After a lot of use, I scratched mine a few times, not deep but visible, and I want to make it to look again like new. Is the glass acrylic? Would it help if I polish a bit of Polywatch paste on it? And yes I'll get a protective case for traveling. I would be very grateful for anyone's help!

When using headphone It’s a mono signal? Does it send the signal to the left and right channels in headphones?

Yes, it sends to both headphones. It's a mono signal so will sound the same in each ear.
