I just started watching your podcasts from a recommendation from another podcast. ❤️❤️virtual hugs about the stress and PTSD. I’m a “previvor” and have had several preventative surgeries- the last one 2 weeks ago and the anxiety is rough leading up to those. My coping is to try to focus on a time after the surgery- in 24 hours I’ll be through this etc. part of me still feels stuck in those waiting rooms though. I hope you’re recovering well and relaxing now! Virtual hugs again ❤️

Liz, I have to say I can completely relate with the fear of being judged for the state of my house when people come over. It's been a struggle my whole adult life to the point I'd rather not have anyone over.

@@vickishaw374 and it’s so hard because you know in your head that no one cares nearly as much as you do. If a new person saw my house they’d think it was nice and well kept. And here I am having a meltdown. I totally get it. Hugs and love! ❤️
