Nothing particularly difficult with jumpstyle technique, but it takes an insane amount of stamina to keep going. Both styles have their own merits.

Jump style is much easier to pick up but requires cardio as for shuffle it’s harder to learn but has more flow

I personally like jumpstyle more because it fits my style better. But I always liked shuffle dances because they look awesome, and personally I could never get a good shuffle technique down. Jumpstyle is easier, but shuffle just looks a bit cooler.

I personally think that shuffling is cooler. No doubt about jumpstyle is pretty cool too. I just prefer shuffling. Jumpstyle isn't as difficult than shuffling, but it wears you out so easily. Getting a good workout and doing something that you love at the same time.

I would love to learn both of these dances! I think they are both amazing!!!!!!!!!!! The shuffle looks easy to learn but it's really not. The jumpstyle looks easier to me, but I figured out that it's just as hard lol. Either way, it takes a lot of practice and energy to do both. Amazing dances!

Why must people always compare these two equally amazing dance styles against each other? They are both entirely different forms of dance, and both equally as complicated in their own ways. I personally prefer jumpstart because it makes me feel more energetic than shuffle, but that is my personal preference, and there is no need to rip on me for that. But as I stated before, they're different styles, so let's just sit back and enjoy the song and dance!

FalkonLink That is a very hard question, seeing that everybody learns things differently. I can't give you a definite answer that will apply to you. I found Jumpstyle a little easier, but it may be different for you.

jumpstyle is much more organized, world-wide, and is full of variability. Jumpstyle even takes a lot of practice and coordination!!! JUMPSTYLE IS BETTER... There are even meetings called JUMP MEETINGS that are amazing! If you ask me... it looks nicer than EMO SHUFFLING.

If ya want to start a dance style in a rave, jumpstyle is the way to go. It has a pretty energetic look to it and and it's pretty easy to pick up, you can learn a few moves after an hour then perfect them into your style after a week. Shuffle looks cool in a more mellow but mesmerizing way, only those who are dedicated to learning shuffle can do it. I can do both of them and I can say I like both of them equally, depending how the beats sound I'll do one style then switch to the other though I'll be prone to think shuffle first just because the work I put into the dance to create my own style. In the end, both of them is neither worst or better than the other, it's not what dance is about, rather how you would like to express your love to music.
