This is interesting. We had a transportable home put on our farm weeny husband and I were first married. My husband had to get our Pastor to come and bless the house because he was being impacted by something through sleep paralysis. When I was pregnant with my first daughter, we had tests because something came back with her being potentially with Down's syndrome. The night before I received the results my beautiful nanna who was a Scottish lady came to me in my dream to tell me that I don't need to worry, that I'm going to have a little girl and she's absolutely fine. I remember asking her how did she know and she replied with "Because I've seen her." When the doctor called to give the results of the test I asked what the baby's sex would be and he told me I was having a girl. I absolutely believe that my nanna looks out for me still. I was in hospital last week waiting to have major surgery and she sent me a Scottish nurse to settle me in, to let me know she's here keeping an eye on the situation. I had my procedure nearly 50 years to the day of her procedure but I am younger than when she had it. I find it comforting. When my uncle died, his son was trying to light up a cigarette and the wind kept blowing it out. It was my uncle's way of letting his son know he was fine and to stop smoking.

Are there any videos regarding raising your frequency? I may have overlooked it on your channel. I know most of the videos touch on it, but are there specific things to do? I know/think meditation, eating better, being out in nature, etc are ways to raise it. I also have an appt with Caterina in a few weeks, so I could just wait and ask you directly. Just hoping there was a video talking about it. If not, that would be a great video to upload. I’m so happy I found this channel. You guys are awesome!

Thank you! You hit the nail on the head - meditation, diet, being in nature, focusing on the positive rather than the negative etc. Daily meditation a very very good way to work on it.
