No lightning staff here? Does it have to do with this dungeon or is it because of your group composition?

It doesn't really matter, but it's slightly better for Warden I think, because you have Minor Vulnerability and good passives for frost staff. It's a bigger difference if you go for Minor Brittle, which I only kind of did in trash here.
