I'm gathering that filming Yesung is a bit like following around a stray cat and I love it. He seems to either dash around here and there, perch quietly in contemplation, or get immersed in finicky snacking while he laps up a beverage. As a fellow introvert and cat lover I find his behavior both relatable and endearing, but watching the staff struggle adds a layer of comedy that is priceless. 😂

どれもこれも、心に残るシーンになりました。当たり前のように、自然に動物に話しかけるYESUNGさん。一人一人(一匹一匹)を尊重するところ。こんなところにも誠実さが。 どこか懐かしい雰囲気のある村。この村でYESUNGさんと追いかけっこやかくれんぼをしたら、楽しそうですね。急勾配の道を軽やかに走るYESUNGさんを追いかけて、細い道を行き、壁の穴をくぐったらタイムスリップした気分を味わえそう。 夕焼けに染まる景色、桜の花…行ったこともないところなのに、もうすでに忘れられない思い出のようになりました。 その上、ヒヨコの話まで。お祭りで買ったヒヨコ。うちのヒヨコはニワトリになり、卵を産んでくれました。子どもの頃の私は、いろいろとショックを受けました。両手で包めるくらい小さくてフワフワだったのに、とても大きくなったこと。父の作った鶏小屋にうっかり手を入れると突かれそうになったこと。卵は温かくて、なんだか生々しくて、命を感じて食べられませんでした。

Ooohh. This village is so pretty. I like it. It has quite a few tiny animals too. Does the rabbit belong to someone who lives there? There’s also pretty cats! I’ll just watch its beauty from here and not go there(?) It might end up touristy and lose its unique cozy vibes if many people visit it indeed. I hope it gets to keep its original rustic sense for a long time to come. One thing that was cool about keeping the city wall is that we get to see the changing landscape as the country grows into new eras too. Every time i watch yessay it feels like i'm travelling with a funny energetic companion, who is yet deep-thinking, full of emotions and delicate aesthetics and tastes. Very nice and immersive experience. That's what yesung is like in this series, a different part of him apart from being an idol. And in my heart, this prospective of him is probably less striking, yet more attractive, even alluring. And as a crazy fan of cats, it cannot be more satisfying than watching yesung, the cutest cat in my heart, flirting with his "own species" hhhhhh.
