Mahin's nomadic family has roamed the vast, rugged plains for generations, their lives intertwined with the ebb and flow of the land. Mahin, a striking young nomadic woman with eyes that reflect the endless sky, has been the guardian of her small family unit. Living in their traditional nomadic house, she tends to her spirited three-year-old son, Shadmehr, and watches over her brother, Adel.
Two weeks ago, the horizon swallowed Adel as he departed for the bustling city, his duty calling him to military service. Mahin's heart ached as she saw him ride away, leaving an emptiness in their close-knit circle. Now, fourteen days later, the time has come for Adel to return to the nomadic fold. Mahin feels a whirlwind of emotions as she prepares to bid farewell to their temporary settlement.
The tent flaps flutter in the brisk wind as she ensures that everything is in order before their departure. Shadmehr's innocent laughter fills the air as he runs in the open spaces, unaware of the imminent change. Mahin is a blend of apprehension and anticipation, yearning to embrace Adel once more, yet also hesitant to leave behind the tranquility of their nomadic life.
