A Hero's Sendoff for WWII Veterans on a Trip to the National WWII Museum in New Orleans

Yesterday morning, we were honored to host a special hero's sendoff for 15 World War II veterans from Reno as they embarked on a trip to the Museum built in their honor, The National WWII Museum in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Joining these heroes from the Greatest Generation are 20 Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) high school students. During the ceremony, there was a magical moment where all in attendance sang “God Bless America” before departing. It truly warmed our hearts, so we wanted to share it with you.

There are times in my life when words just do not sound like enough. I grew up in a Military Family as my Dad was a USAF Officer and Pilot. He always told us siblings that his service never needed to be thanked because he felt it was a Privilege To Serve America! Thank you anyway to All Who Serve and to their families who sacrificed as well while a Parent was away fighting for our Freedom!
