That was funny. The best Baguio coffee shop that uses local beans and when the barista is asked where it is from - "From Bukidnon (Mindanao)"....maybe local meaning local to the Philippines..? The burgers look good.

correction chef, those lettuce comes from La Trinidad... almost all vegetables comes from La Trinidad and neighboring towns and sold in Baguio... God Bless and more power!

Missed the meats in PI , here in US , they actually add chemicals in their meats ( produce) ...even the organic meats are questionable ! The best one was WIMPY'S ( family owned homecook ) but long time gone!
