This is a great city with many trees, but there are many places where there is no cell phone signal.

I hope you've been enjoying your vacation ConflictNerd! The city has been looking great and filling in beautifully, if you wanted to possibly future proof your N-S regional road going past Meadow Brook, it might be worth considering lowering it's elevation and leaving the E-W traffic to maintain the elevation so the regional road acts as more of a thoroughfare for heavy traffic and travelers without clogging up all your internal traffic getting from one area to another. You have parallel roads alongside it going in the same directions, so doing so wouldn't hurt your traffic flow, although it will significantly alter the aesthetics of the area.

one cure for the weird shadows on the roads is turning off "terrain casts shadows" in the graphics settings. But sometimes terrain shadows look nice, so another option is making sure the ground underneath the roads is level

There really should be a little pedestrian bridge connecting the two roundabouts at the mouth of the harbour.

I'm pretty sure you have prop the growables, so you don't have to worry about the zoning changing. They will level up and stuff and work normally and not caring about being in a zone. In vanilla and if the zone is too messed up you get an abobdon warning first, but even in vanilla the zone has to almoat he half of and not totally correct for a building to abandon.

Спасибо за видео! Я считаю, что получается отличный город, а особенно его центр. Мне по душе кирпичные высокие здания, хотя многим кажется, что это просто бездушные коробки. Но кажется, что пора расширить промышленный район или развивать аграрный сектор. Идея с фермами, предложенная в комментариях, мне по душе.

13:32 Teachers and other staff members need to drive to school, and busses need somewhere to drop kids off without severely disrupting traffic. Never seen a school without a parking lot personally. It was a necessary addition.

You probably would have seen the elementary school put away from the main road for safety (both for kids and any school buses that may stop in front of the school) and for the kids to have some sort of recreational area

Just saying, I loved having plenty of commercial buildings around my middle and high schools to have places to go out and eat with my friends instead of just sticking with caf food.
