We should've put our petty difference to the side and supported and united with each other as African ppl. With the other nations ruling and oppressing us, we're learning, us as africans all through out the diaspora need to unite and come together as 1 african family and take the world back that was righteously ours that GOD gave us first because we're GOD FIRST PEOPLE and with him dwelling in us , we will take our world back and put everything back in order and the world will be at peace once that happens THUS SAID THE LORD!

At first the nubian was called Ta-Seti, than Kush. One of the most powerfull civilisation of antiquity, and most unerated at the same time (by modern historian).
@justcallmebrian7934 жыл бұрын
@Panthera Stark. Sorry to say this, but your statement is wrong. Both groups Ta-Seti and Kush is what scholars called Nubians, although the anients never called themeselves that Nubians which basically means gold, but in reality they were separate ethnic groups Ta--Seti and Kush.' I will give you an example. Various pharaohs of Nubian origin are held by some Egyptologists to have played an important part towards the area in different eras of Egyptian history, particularly the 12th Dynasty. These rulers handled matters in typical Egyptian fashion, reflecting the close cultural influences between the two regions. [T]he XIIth Dynasty (1991-1786 B.C.E.) originated from the Aswan region. As expected, strong Nubian features and dark coloring are seen in their sculpture and relief work. This dynasty ranks as among the greatest, whose fame far outlived its actual tenure on the throne. Especially interesting, it was a member of this dynasty that decreed that no Nehsy (riverine Nubian of the principality of Kush), except such as came for trade or diplomatic reasons, should pass by the Egyptian fortress and cops at the southern end of the Second Nile Cataract. Why would this royal family of Nubian ancestry ban other Nubians from coming into Egyptian territory? Because the Egyptian rulers of Nubian ancestry had become Egyptians culturally; as pharaohs, they exhibited typical Egyptian attitudes and adopted typical Egyptian policies. So who were these 12th dynasty Nubians that went to war with Kush? Quote of the ancestry of the 12th dynasty. Then a king will come from the South, Ameny, the justified, my name, Son of a woman of Ta-Seti, child of Upper Egypt, He will take the white crown, he willjoin the Two Mighty Ones (the two crowns) www.touregypt.net/featurestories/amenemhet1.htm Many Egyptologists believe that Amenemhet's inscription implies that a great ruler will come to the throne of Egypt upon the death of Mentuhotep IV, who will lead the country into prosperity. It is fairly certain that Amenemhet the vizier was predicting his own rise to the throne as Amenemhet I. However, we are told that he had at least two other competitors to the throne. One was called Inyotef, and the other a Segerseni from Nubia. It would appear that he quickly dealt with these obstacles. We believe that he ruled Egypt for almost 30 years. Peter A. Clayton places his reign between the years of 1991 and 1962 BC while the Oxford History of Ancient Egypt gives him a reign lasting from 1985 through 1956 BC. Dodson has his reign lasting from 1994 until 1964 BC. Clearly Ta-Seti and Kush are different Nubian groups. They are not the same people another good examples the peoples are the people of Yam/nubia, Medjay(nubian), Wawat(nubian) amongs. Lastly Ta-Seti is the first nome or district in Ancient Egypt en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ta-Seti

@@justcallmebrian793 yes yes 🙂👍🏾 I know it, there are more than 10 ethnic group in anciens Sudan even before Kerma. I mean kush (like egyptian who have many tribe or Greek who were many city with ethnic name.... exemple Alexander the great was "Macedonian" but in general we call him as greek) so also Kush become common name for all Sudan even if many différents sudanese tribe were called with a particular name. Another theory is the name nubia came when roman empire invaded Egypt after the fall of kush, when in 300 AD the King Silko of Nobatia who was friend with romans, (Noba tribe of Sudan) take trône over a great range of Sudan. So the roman called Nubia after the name of the Noba tribe of Sudan since 300 AD.

@pantherastark99484 жыл бұрын
@@justcallmebrian793 😉👌🏾I understand what you write, dont worry. Yes, Kush and Ta-Seti were differents state/Kingdom, u r not wrong. However, what i mean is that what peoples call as Nubian/Nubia was more diverse/complexe than a single small state of African tribesmen. I'll look after the name of all nubian Kingdom/chiefdome of antiquity. The bad side is the historian dont speak about all those Sudanese state who existed before/in The same era/and after egyptian civilisation... why? becauz some of these Sudanese were friend with egypt, and some ennemi. And when historian show nubian as an only single kingdom they Will most of time take the one city who were in clash with Egypte as example, than people Will think ohhh... those Nubian tribesmen were ennemi/slave of Egyptian (The stereotype of the eternal black slave), the true background is that Nubia was like greece (many city-state/kingdom). Like you write above kush/Ta seti was not the same state. And like i write above the so-called Nubian was in fact several Sudanese Kingdom even before the birth of egyptian empire. So now in general, these days historian say that the Kingdom in the south of Egypt is called "Kush", but a few years ago the word "Nubia" was a fashion name for all sudanese states under Egypt (according to books, historian, documentary).

As a Greek, I realize that the Ethiopians, Kemets, Nigerians and Nubians were building cities and producing great works of civilization while the Greeks were learning how to feed themselves. Everything from philosophy to the Olympic Games had their origins in Black Africa. The best thing that happened to Ancient Greece was to be colonized and civilized by the various Black African conquerors. (They were a lot nicer than the Ottoman Turks!)

@atlantic1119 You ain’t Greek. Firstly City life didn’t begin in Africa. City life predates the existence of the cradles of civilization furthermore city life did not first arise in Africa but began in the near East. On top of that Ancient Greek history were relatively advanced long before the classical era. The Minoan civilization for instance had a far more advanced in termssanitation in comparison eygpt and Mesopotamia and was the first civilization to use underground clay pipes for sanitation and water supply. And city life existed as far back as 6000BC in Europe. What has sub Saharan Africans done in history that influenced my life or had a meaningful impact on human history? Nigeria wasn’t advanced. What did Nigeria have that the rest of the world didn’t ? when did black people conquer Greece? 🤦🏻♂️nothing you said is true.

But if you have a sound research methodology I am sure you will come across it as I did. I will get back to researching and compiling information soon. And I will back up my drives this time. I was devastated. But I assure you, the information is out there. I’m not sure if it solidified Punt being a Nubian civilization but definitely confirming that it was located in East Africa around the Eritrea area by revealing ancient Kemetic and Graeco-Egyptian documents and descriptions. I would love to see if anyone can conclusively confirm these postulations. I remember them even going into the description of an animal that could only be found in Eritrea’s and coinciding with geographical descriptions. Personally I’m not sure if that same area was encompassed by a people Ancient Kemet or this society would call Nubians. But it would definitely make a lot of things make sense. I truly hope you find what you are searching for...

Marcos Sealey Nubia is actually a term used by KMT, which they applied this term to the lands to their south (Ta-Seti) they called it Nūba (meaning gold) because that’s what they exploited those lands for. Which is also why they tried to keep Nubians out of power. They wanted to keep control of the gold resources of the dark skin Africans and the minerals their land produced. Please start reading books that doesn’t appease your Afrocentric worldview and apply knowledge produced from primary sources. KMT civilization was late and it was made of many different peoples migrating and influencing the culture. Not just Nubians. Nubians were there first. But the nation of KMT were not interested in keeping Nubia in power and seen them as outsiders. KMT only wanted their gold and control of Nubia’s warrior class. Keep studying champ.

Marcos Sealey you obviously have a problem with reading comprehension or staying on topic. Or maybe you just get your rocks off by trying to debate people online or stake some kind of intellectual superiority or some shit. Lol But you completely missed my point . Have a good day fam.
I am a Greek who passionately acknowledges the Black Africans (Ethiopians, Kemets, Nigerians, Nubians) as the founders of civilization and the colonizers/schoolmasters of ancient Greece. There is too much evidence to deny this, beginning with the writings of Herodotus and other Greek historians of his time. The depictions of Black figures in ancient Greek art, oddly enough not found in other ancient cultures. And the fact that modern Greeks develop sickle cell anemia, from where is that derived? (This illustrates how Black mentorship over the Greeks was more than just cultural). Ancient Greeks loved and respected their Black African teachers. The truth is finally emerging.

Many would argue that Nubia was a copy of Egypt but I think it was the other way around kinda

Just watched another programme, Nubia was Nubia it too influence from Egypt but had its own sophisticated architecture. Buildings were larger and they had far more pyramids too.

We always here about the Samurai, Knights of Europe, Spartans etc. Can you cover a warrior class that existed in Japan?
@kiv Loli you have no culture which is why you resort to claiming others, let me guess you live in a white country? Using the Latin based alphabet? Probably have a European surname. As I said no culture.

We can. End nationalism. End tribalism. We have so many historic empires. We can all just claim the same one or pick a word from one of the indigenous Afrikan languages.

Let us note that the Arabs in Egypt and North Africa in general are not Africans. They are occupiers.

To complete this story one has to add that a few years later, the Assyrians came out of the Near East and kicked the Kushites out of Egypt , utterly, completely and forever and sent them deeply into what is now Sudan

*The video discusses the significant impact of Nubia and its rulers, particularly King Piye, on ancient African history, especially in relation to Egypt.* Key Points: - Nubia's Historical Context: Nubia was a powerful civilization and a rival to Egypt, known for its military strength. King Piye is highlighted as a central figure during a time when Egypt was fragmented due to internal strife. - King Piye's Ascendancy: As the ruler of Nubia, King Piye sought to restore stability to North Africa and re-establish cultural and religious significance. He initiated military actions against Egypt, framing them as a divine mission rather than an invasion. - Cultural Renaissance: His reign marked an African Renaissance, where there was a revival of Nubian culture and traditions. King Piye aimed to unify Egypt and Nubia, promoting indigenous beliefs and practices. - Military Campaign: The video details King Piye's military campaign against a coalition of Egyptian kings. His forces were successful, leading to significant victories and the purification of sacred sites like the Temple of Karnak. - Divine Kingship: King Piye’s victory was seen as divinely sanctioned, reinforcing the idea that he was chosen by the gods to rule. He emphasized his role as a uniter of the two lands and respected the cultural traditions of both Nubians and Egyptians. - Legacy: King Piye is remembered as one of the greatest rulers in Nubian history for reaffirming ancient religious traditions and promoting artistic developments during the 25th Dynasty of Egypt. The video aims to raise awareness of Nubian history and culture, encouraging viewers to support its production through platforms like Patreon.

Ancient Kush is actually wrongly referred to as Nubia but they weren't, Nubia was formed when the Nomadic Noba tribes conquered what was left of Ancient Kush and their capital Meroë and established Nubian kingdoms in the 4th Century A.D Their Nubian language gradually replaced Meroëtic... this distinction is very important

Hi🤍, why black Africans don’t try to get Egypt back? Why do King Tut•ankh•amen look & shaped like a woman?
@WilliamGarrow4 жыл бұрын
Basically a lot of incest is why he looks like that. If you Google his throne you will see he has a walking stick. He also was married to his sister. But this was quite normal in numerous ancient civilizations between the royal families. Even the European royal families are related. The Queen of the United Kingdom is married to her cousin.
