newport is unrecognisable now.... its so sad. I avoid going to town now in favour of cwmbran but I have such fond memories of going swimming and shopping in the 90's

Definitely 1998 because at 46:33 - 46:40 is the demolished site of what would become the NCP car park by the railway station. The old building was demolished in 1998 and the NCP opened in 1999.
