I'm hoping that Evershine fills in a few of those pieces. The speculation and tin foil hat stuff is what makes this series so fun! There aren't many other games I play that have this much speculation surrounding it. I love that the devs feed into the speculation and always give us crumbs. They are sometimes teasing trolls, but I'm always thankful for any new info! 😂

I don't think we will ever get to a My Time in the Great Begeondan or Peripheries unfortunately. Part of me really hopes we do. I think the only people who would play it are survival game players. I'd 100% be there playing it if it is city building meets survival! A lot of the players are already having issues with Evershine switching from a building sim to a town management sim so adding survival might be too much (they should actually play the game before judging it but whatever)! I think the Begeondan and Peripheries could be included in something like a My Time at Tallsky or even Walnut Groove. Since they are so close to those territories, maybe instead of having a late game dungeon, have it so you can go defeat monsters near the border or take bounties on monster there. That would probably be the best way to implement them.

You did an amazing job with this! I've kept so many notes as well over the course of the My Time games because lore and story are important to me. You captured a ton of detail and the timelines are pretty spot on with what I've been toying with over the years. I can't praise you enough for all the work you've put into this! Again, amazing and very nicely presented!! Just a side note or three for your enjoyment (maybe?): In Portia, there is an easily missed side quest that details more about Remmington. Alice asks you to take a delivery of flowers to Remmington for her. You find Remmy on a hillside and give him the flowers. If you stick around and ask him about the flowers, he will tell you about his time as a soldier fighting in the war defending Lucien from Duvos. This is where he is wounded and his life is saved by a fellow soldier. It is that soldier that Remmy wants the flowers for as he pays respects to his fallen friend, a man who gave his life to save Remmy. He came to Portia to join the Civil Corp since the injury prevents him from serving in the military. I think it would be safe to include Heidi, Hugo, Vivi and Justice as being from Sandrock. None of them make reference to being from anywhere else, and Heidi did grow up with Logan, Justice and Owen. Totally my speculation: I picture Seesai being north of Ethea and Barnarock. An oblong shaped country that is Bordering Duvos to its west, Ethea, Barnarock to its south and the Western Sea on the east.

I know I missed a few things and I did watch it back and realized I forgot a few things but I'm just happy it's done! 😂It was fun to make and put together but it makes your head hurt! I'm trying to remember if I ever got that Remmy mission. I may have in the channel playthrough, but I really have no recollection of it. If I did it was near the end when I was going through the missions really fast. It is interesting!! Thanks for the info! I will add it to my notes for video 2, just kidding! 🤣 I left Heidi, Hugo and Vivi off because I tried to go by what the wiki said as to where people were from. Some people I added like Elsie, Cooper and Mabel because they were nowhere else. I definitely knew Heidi was from Sandrock, but the wiki didn't have either Hugo or Vivi so I just opted to leave them off since Heidi was already on there for Atara. A lot of the NPCs in Sandrock have no birthplace on the wiki like Justice, Rocky's family, Unsuur, Pen, Yan, Jensen...it's a long list. So the wiki kind of became the add them or not to the pictures to draw a fair line. I made that decision after the Portia slide with trying to fit in all those people! For Seesai, that is how I see it too. I see it similar to how Russia is above all of Asia and some of Europe. I think Seesai is this large sprawling country. I want to know how big it is in comparison to Duvos being Duvos is even larger than Seesai. I'm hoping at some point we get a world map! Not asking for much from the dev team, just the world! 😂 I will admit, I thought about asking you if I could email you in the comments for this video because I knew you keep notes like I do! I knew if I didn't know something, most likely you would! 😊

It's creepy how the politics, conflicts and geography sounds so similar to Our Real World. I can see the History and present of Russia, Ukraine, Israel, NATO and its allies, etc, in the World, and it's so obvious. Love the creativity of Pathea, and balancing these things in a time like this.

I think the events of this My Time world and our real world are similar because as a player and global citizen, it gives us something we can relate to, be it a conflict, an invasion, terror groups/plots, or just bad political actors. It makes us more invested in the story because we can tie it to a real world thing. The real world thing may not directly affect us, but the empathy most humans have for one another makes us feel something, and that something carries over to this My Time world and the people living through these events. Pathea does a beautiful job weaving it into the story so the whole history is there if you want to know it or read it, but you don't have to if you don't want to.

I don't think not playing either will make you enjoy Evershine any less, it's more for a bit of background. The background and some of the characters for Evershine are in Sandrock.

Well done - lots of work here! There are actually pictures of Lucien - Butch, Owens friend send them to you as a thank you for rescuing him by Geko Station and bringing him to Sandrock. I don't know why, but I always thought that there was a war by rival factions that brought on the day of calamity - if you look at the emails in the Valley of Whispers and the docs from the Starship Ruins as well as the Deep Sea Ruins - there are hints of this. I know Miguel also says something about it during one of his rants. I really enjoyed this time line - I was always wondering where we fit in as builders. I expect we will see more of the history as the games develop. I think this is what keeps my interest the most - the story. Thank you again and sorry for the wall of text LOL

Thank you for the kind words! I totally forgot about Butch! OMG! I just did the Owen mission of taking the pictures in my save too! Thanks for reminding me! There were some rival factions, I saw mentions of "civil wars" but not much other info. There was so much info I had to cut because I was getting lost in the weeds a bit. I removed A LOT and it killed me to do it! The devs slowly seem to be releasing more details of the world. I'm hoping with Evershine we get another large chunk of history. This whole history and story of this world is part of why I love this series so much! It's a very special game! No need to apologize for the wall of text because I often make my own! 😂🤣

The builder is never the same person so all of the builders from the past games and future games being related is possible but unlikely. Maybe at some point in one of the games, the builder may do something as great as Peach, they might be the "chosen one." Part of me wonders if in the very last game, that builder might be related to him to bring it full circle back to Peach. Maybe that builder will start a new era. It would be a cool twist!

@@Lexi_Plays_Games I think Builders largely come from Builder families, all of whom are likely to be related to Peach, at least as per the "Game Mythology". Sounds a lot like the flood myths across our World's cultures, or at least, inspired from them. I think Evershine takes the Builder to the highest level, as compared to the previous two, and we might see some unknown stories, there.

Mi-an comes from a family of builders, our builder in Portia had a father who was a builder turned adventurer, but I don't think they ever said what our parents did in Sandrock. From the letters our mother sent us, we don't learn much, but they seem to be almost retired and our dad likes botany. In Evershine, we are no longer a builder at all, we are a governor. It sounds like Kang is more of the builder in Evershine, so maybe we will learn more from him. There were other builders back in the day other than Peach. Another famous builder is Victor often called the first builder because his designs were in early handbooks I believe (its the Mi-an Time capsule mission). I think it's a weird coincidence that the first builder and an Evershine character whose identity they aren't showing share the same name. It's a little sus! The devs are slowly showing more and more history so maybe we will find out! I hope there eventually is some type of connection between the builders and Peach or at least historical Victor.

Thank you for this video! I've always wondered how to make sense all the lore of the My time series in my brain and couldn't really track on it, so you doing the work is such such an amazing feat. No amount of thank yous is enough from me to you! (sorry, english isn't my first language so I think I'm doing terribly to convey my feelings on my comment 😂) I love the Peach part history you put out by the way! The whole story of Peach and the timeline of the Ages confused me in game but my brain wanted to know more and that segment of it makes me nod and get astonished, I really want to know and see more what the age period was like. There's so much interesting little things in it!!

The history of this world is a lot to take in when playing the game because you get a little here and a little there. Part of why I started keeping notes on the history was to put it in order. I hope at some point they do a game that goes back in history to show the Age of Darkness or at least work alongside Peach and the first builders. I think it would be interesting. I would hope it would fill in some of the gaps during the early eras. No need to apologize for your English! You did a fantastic job! 😊

The history for this game is actually quite deep and they keep adding to it! That would be cool for the last game! I would love the last game to have a large sweeping scene like Trudy's speech on the airship that ties it all together from Peach to Portia to Sandrock to Evershine and everything beyond that. I will probably be crying the whole time! 😂Even after seeing the Trudy airship speech scene at least 10 times, I cry every time! 😅

Someone ought to start a mining corp (environmentally friendly) in Sandrock that mines for power stones and exports them. I think there are enough ruins around that it could be possible. Better yet, put Qi (and others) into researching how to make them.

True! The game just kind of ends! All the greenification then nothing. They would need some type of export to thrive unless not needing water was enough to make it stable. The Eufaula Salvage could already export stuff and we aren't aware of it. Plus you have Amirah's pottery too. Maybe in the Evershine newspapers we will hear more about Sandrock thriving!

I've never played Horizon Forbidden West, but get the gist of it. I think My Time in the Great Begeondan would be a cool game, I have a feeling if they ever do anything with the Great Begeondan or the Peripheries, it will be part of My Time at Tallsky or Walnut Groove since they are so close. Make the areas a late game dungeon or something. I don't think a lot of the base players for this genre would enjoy a My Time at the Great Begeondan. It would definitely be more of a thing for survival game enjoyers!

I would definitely play a game like that! I think the main issue Pathea would run into would be how to get the same player base to play a survival game. People are kind of freaking out because they added a hunger bar! Oh my! 😂

My Time at Tallsky and My Time at Vega 5 are really on my wishlist! But these are definitely slated for 2030-2035, and not earlier, if they come.. Maybe they will be released in the "Age of Corruption" in Our Real World.

The devs have hinted Atara is somewhere on the list and they hope to eventually get to Vega 5. I believe they said Vega 5 would be really late in the series if they ever get to it. I would love a My Time at Tallsky game! It is so beautiful! I also hope they do a game that plays with time and takes us back to the days of Peach or sometime after like around the late teens to early 30s. I wonder how long this series will go on, probably a while because it seems to grow in popularity. But I hope we never get to our own Age of Corruption, I wouldn't last a day!😂

@@Lexi_Plays_Games That's interesting. Considering the overall plots and the rise in popularity across all segments, it's going to explode further, and we'll see several new games. Not just the cities, but even My Time in the Peripheries, My Time During the Age of Corruption, My Time During the Age of Darkness, My Time at Duvos, etc, if things go well. There's literally no end. And I think they will make full use of the fact that we'll get better and better and more advanced computers in the coming years (hopefully not that Age 😜). As for Age of Corruption in our World, it's very unlikely. I think the technologies described in the game will be used to enhance us and our intelligence, first and thereby minimising the risk of such an era. But it'll indeed be very advanced technology and Energy (Fusion Power akin to Power stones), in the next few decades, as we will zoom by, being Superintelligent Species. At least that's the hope. Just hope that when the game "My Time During the Age of Corruption", the game scenes end when we exit the game and turn off the computer. Would be creepy if the scenes continue after that. 😂😂

I think what is so special about the My Time world is the possibilities are endless for games. I know there will eventually be an end because they will probably want to move to another title but it just goes to show you what a great dev team and writers who really care about the players can do! It is very special and the team deserves all the success! As a player since Portia, it's nice to see how much people are invested in the games now! I agree with you, I don't think we will get to our own Age of Corruption. I think the only thing that could cause it is people acting irresponsibly with the new technology or the laws/regulations not keeping up with the constantly changing technology and communications. But I think the Age of Corruption is an avoidable thing! My Time during the Age of Corruptions makes me wonder how the final game will end. I will always wait for that one extra scene and it will probably end like the movie Inception or something. Open to interpretation! 😂

@@Lexi_Plays_Games Precisely. My Time Games are this successful only because we all relate to it in some way. From things in our Own World's present and the Future (extremely near future in fact), and the survival in conflicts (though they are thousands of miles from us), etc, have a very particular impact and interest on us. If anything, just the rebuilding is something we can all relate to. This isn't the case with the purely fighter and shooter games.

There is a lot of history to this world, the majority is in the newspaper you get but a lot of people don't really read that. I didn't used to! I think a lot of people would love a My Time at Duvos, they haven't said a definite no to it yet. If they do any game like Duvos or the Age of Darkness, it will probably come really late in the series.

I didn't even sub to the newsletter this time since I did last time and never read it much XD And yeah that's fair! While I am okay with My Time at Evershine (And have backed it) I do hope we get more in the future that's cities we already knew rather than a new one to build. I personally want "My Time at Lucien" for ONE reason and ONE reason only... Arlo gets accepted into the flying pigs and moves there part way through! Ahahaha! I.. Look.. I can only EVER marry Arlo in Portia... There ARE other characters I wanna marry, Gust, Mint, Petra, Nora, Ginger... I can't... It is ALWAYS Arlo!!!

A lot of the Ethea/Duvos stuff doesn't come into the mid to late game. You used to be able to go to the bulletin board in town to look at old issues but I don't know if you still can. The main thing the game is missing is the history on the previous eras. The history is in passing in the papers or quick mentions in the church murals, it's tough to follow which is why I made the video because it is so scattered. The best source for the pre-current era history is all of the articles for the 3 kickstarters. That is why an Age of Darkness game would be amazing! I would love a My Time at Lucien because you hear it so often in passing in the other games. I hope Arlo shows up even just for a few scenes. I really liked his character. He was the #2 husband, I always ended up with Gust for some reason! However, if Arlo were to show up in Lucien, he unfortunately won't be romanceable. The devs confirmed if a character is romanceable in a previous game then shows up in a newer game, they won't be romanceable again. Kind of like Logan's visit to Evershine. They also confirmed the opposite too so Haru or Gaudi in My Time in Atara could possibly both be romanceable. That game I'm really looking forward to if we ever get there!

Like the age of darkness stuff kinda confuses me... But then theres basically nothing bout before the day of calamity except the labs in Sandrock. Wait when did they say that!? TnT Man! That sucks! I want a romancable Arlo again! BUT! I'd marry Haru! I did wish he was romancable in Sandrock! But then he moved TnT I hope we get more adoptable kids too! Cos, I cheered so much when I realised I could adopt Andy when I married Logan.

Zede said the romanceable thing on discord with their alt account on September 26, "you'll never be able to romance a character from before... unless said character cannot be married in the previous game." So Gaudi and Haru (and technically Pen because you couldn't' marry him) can be romanceable again. I know some people really hate this because they want to marry Logan again in Evershine. I'm okay with it because it seems weird if I am married to Logan in a previous game with 2 kids and adopted kid Andy, then I marry him again in Evershine, so did he leave my builder and their kids?!? He seems a little shady and not very Logan-like in that instance! 😂 Logan is the forever husband in Sandrock for me so I'm just happy to see his beautiful new art in Evershine! I was so happy when you could adopt Andy! I still remember the devs asking if that was something we would be interested in, like absolutely! Andy's the best!
