not sure if you noticed this, but in the mv during the bridge where all of them are standing still facing the camera, they left a space for junghoon (which made me genuinely cry when i realized)

I love homeboy. When I listened to the album for the first time and put together that Homeboy was their second title track I got so excited. I feel like watching them in concert with fans shouting "let's fly, now or never, always, we're together" would be SUCH an experience. That song also gets me a bit emotional, especially at the end, and even more so when I learned the gap they leave in their stoic group photo at that part of the mv is for Junghoon. The sentiment of home and emotional safety is based not on place but when you find your people gets me in the heart. I would say Homeboy, Skater, and Run all have similar sonic vibes on this album (Run is a song right up my personal tastes, I love it so much). If you are looking for an in store purchase of the first album I would also check any local Barnes and Noble you have, it's been a little bit, but my local stores still had one or two of their first albums when I was there last. (I've become a weird sucker for the magnets, I hope they continue to do them)

Not only at the photo shot, they also left the spot at the last shot when they're seated at the beach one of the guys put his hand as he was reaching the one that is missing. It was so touching 😢

The lyrics to this song are so happy and video is so beautiful, them leaving an empty spot for Junghoon during the chorus at the end made me cry.

This song is now part of my ‘songs that makes me emotional’ list… its not a ballad or what but the feeels and the power it give while listening to it is different. Gives a nostalgic feeling like im back to being young teen. Idk whyyyy
