I would so love to meet you. You have such a way of making these lessons so relatable even for non jews and I feel like I could learn so much from you.
@ataraw.61425 жыл бұрын
I never understood how Christians like you can "relate". HaShem, the FATHER, Master of the Universe is who we Jews worship. You worship a man of flesh and blood. You don't even mention the Father except as a sperm donor. Totally unrelatable.

Great advice! Hashem, blessed is He, is our Father, Judge of the world, and Savior. There is no other G-d but him. He knows ALL things. I love him so much. Thank you Rabbi Brody, counselor and guide of the people, servant of the Most High G-d. B"H

Especially since the Rabbi is talking about repentance for our sins and HaShem. Yet you believe that your god atoned for all of your sins.

Baruch HaShem for you Rabbi. Besides the sefer by Chafetz Chaim, your teaching really bring lashon hara and rehilutz into perspective.

We must always aim to talk to Hashem even in meditation and spare time for example in driving to any place or university or any other place. There is so much potential in the Prayer Of Man. Judaism is a very deep rooted religion. I actually envy you for this depth in your books, prayers and your language. How deep how mystical your faith. You have to start realizing that you are the vision of Hashem to all humanity and it is all there in your prophets' parables and the mystical occurances that happened in your history. It is all there the message is never to despair and talk to God lovingly. Indeed God loves you.

Love the shiur. However, not to alienate people, I would say smart phones and non smart phones, as opposed to kosher phones. Everything in this world could be used fir good or bad. You can use smart phones for many great purposes; listening and watching shiurs, speaking with a loved one face to face, finding times for minyanjm, etc as opposed to flip phones. Also, in the example that one gets a vibration on his cell when learning, what if it’s a family member that’s having an emergency. I think it would be a mitzvah to answer it. Otherwise, fantastic. Love the chabad references too.

Well, the nature of man is to use the internet for that AND for other stuff if you know what I mean. I order not to be tempted, you can have a smart phone and put a kosher filter on it. It is a deterrent. Especially frum boys and girls using the internet, facebook to hook up with the opposite sex. There are horrific stories of girls hooking up with men (FRUM GIRLS) and getting raped, being seduced by Muslim men, etc. Same with boys who look at porn, instagram, twitter. Listen to Rabbi Duvi bensoussan about the dangers of the internet and our youth. Tragic!kzbin.info/www/bejne/nonJZGNjodqBbsk
