"Recreational fuel" is for boats, snowmobiles, etc. Apparently some airplanes can use it as well. It has not been fully tested for cars, but some drivers have been using it.

I used to go to that mall (Birchwood mall) several times with my friend driving from London, ON to Port Huron for the day and then come back.. Last time I was in Port Huron however was 2015.. That mall was a LOT busier in 2015 and many visits before that year too.
