Never thought about that! And now that I think about it, my arrow does kind of float on the rest and my grouping is not that great. Now between this and my purple nose button, I should shoot pretty good! Can’t wait to give this a try! Thank you so much! Learning a lot from your videos

I want to thank you for bringing this to my attention. My bow shop was not paying attention to this at all, and I’ve been wondering what is wrong with my bow and shot. And this is exactly what it was. My knock was pinching pullimg up and had no wiggle room. I took it back and told him I think I no wht it’s not paper tuning. And he said ahh that’s not a big deal you don’t want any play. Well he put a smaller serving on, gave it some spin room and a hair of wiggle room and my bow sounds completely diff and is so accurate! Thanks Josh. And I’m rocking the nose button 💪🏻👍🏻🦌

This is great advice for people who's bow shop is like Basspro or places that really aren't bow shops. Every time I take my bow in for a tune or just for a new loop the shop I got to always ties in knock points to help prevent this.

You have helped me so much with your ideas about bow set up. Honestly I have hunted with a bow for almost 30 years and yes I have had success and shot very consistent. But your tips on timing, arrow selection, peep sight etc has improved my shooting ability. Honestly thank you and please continue what you are doing. I thought I had heard it all but there is always room to learn more.

Hey Josh, I really love your tech stuff! I'm an old bowhunter who worked for Fred Bear back in his heyday...Many of the things you talk about for accuracy , I had done myself too..lol I used to tie a dental floss big knot for my tip of nose maybe 30 years ago, along with a kisser button, but no peep..it worked well out to 40 yds. I also have noticed different nocks pinch to tight...and it's very important that they all are the same tension...Maybe address that sometime too! Every little bit helps! I am 65 and still shoot a bow.. :D

Thank you for a short informative video on something most of us out here probably never pay attention to. I didn’t know about the directions being different on tying in the D loop for left eye dominant shooters. I recently got my old bow 🏹 restrung and forgot to tell the guy at Cabela’s that I trust about that fact about me.

It would be awesome to have an instructional video on all the tools and equipment needed to fix and tune your own bow for the beginners like myself who take everything to a shop. Love what you guys do thanks for the great videos!

With tuning your bow and restringing alot of the time they say tou have to use a bow press this is not necessarily true as ive done it all in five minutes my self without a bowpress. Its not recomended but its not imposible all you need is the aplen keys that came with your bow and a new string and some good old epbow grease

Thanks Josh I’ve put many of you tips to good use and and have my box shooting pretty sweet now. By the way I’ve done all my own bow se up from day one. Being from the UK we don’t have the kind of archery support over here as you have in the states my local pro shop doesn’t sell compounds and knows less than I do about them.
