I am always impressed how skilled this guy is. He has good carpentry skills, can butcher and gut various animals (including fish) and is also a talented chef. He also has a decent grasp of the English language as well.

I don't cook, at all, but last month I made a cream-based Italian sausage soup from scratch and it was divine. I was so proud of myself! Then I watch this fella, not only cook from scratch, but MAKE a bloody meat tenderizer from the surrounding forest! LOL!! I subscribe to channels like this out of respect for the craftsmen and women who do what they do so well, while making it look all too easy.
