Hey everyone, in the future limit your comments to legit questions for Bruce so to cut down on his workload (e.g. reading comments). If you have an "atta boy" for him, add it at the end of the question.

I agree with liking the long format videos. If people have the attention span of a teenager or feel bored, there is always an option to fast forward or just go to tiktok. The long format is for us that want to wind down with a cup of coffee and just enjoy the work, the machines, the man and the beautiful scenery.

🤣🤣🤣 Don't feel bad, Bruce, about having old clothes, I still wear clothes that even you would more likely throw away. I have a shirt that is plumb full of holes and over 70 years old ( used to be my Dad's). The funny thing is I've sewed and patched it multiple times, but it still is comfy 👌🤣👍

Your the real deal Bruce, genuine with no pretentiousness. Be interested in seeing you work on an old wheat harvester ready for museum. I grew up on a wheat sheep farm in western NSW until age 6 and never really understood how separating grain from chaff in the machine works until recently. Lots of people do videos on tractors, but not many on other equipment. Interested in ploughs, pumps, hydroelectric and even old farm windmills.

Bruce, enjoyed this Q&A video. Congratulations on earning 50.2K subscribers. Glad to be one amongst them. Living in a mostly throw away society, it's nice to see there are still knowlable people like you that want to repair things. Although I don't work on giants like you, if you pay attention you always pick up a work tip that you can add to the tool box. Thanks for sharing Lou from Miami, Florida, USA

I'm a computer guy, though old farm boy at heart. One of the things we say when working on computer code we like to say: "Leave the code better than you found it." Another thing we joke about is comments in the code, we say: "Remember the next person that needs to understand this code will appreciate these comments, especially when the next person is YOU!" LOL!

Been bogged 4wd all wheels down, resting on running boards. Pulled several shrubby trees over with the boat winch....made a metre in 3 hours. A lot of shovel work. SW QLD out on a station alone. Left ute bogged and hobble 6km back to base. Could well have happened 20km away at several bog holes i had to bash through, lucky. Had to flooded creek to wade 300 mtrs from my beer fridge. Was so good to rest. Drove it out 3 days later. 69 old was a good test.
