I’m not expert but she seems depressed and perhaps postpartum depression is hitting her with everything else she has been dealing with, perhaps her body is finally reacting to everything she has been going through. Akram, you need time to deal with your emotions, try to talk to someone other than your mother or husband, when we don’t deal with what we are feeling, sometimes it can get worse. Dear Akram just a suggestion to not let all these comments affect you and how you do things. Don’t take them to heart because in the end you have to do what is right for you and your family. It seems that someone needs to help you on the night shift with your beautiful baby so you can get some rest or get away and go visit one of your sisters without the children. Ali made a mistake and after forgiveness comes trust then love again (I know this because something similar happened to me ) and now 20 years later my husband and I are still together. The choice is yours. Take care seek medical care if necessary. Be respectful to your mother but also stand your ground and let her know how you feel.

Akram needs to go out and visit or shop for something that she’s actually picked out herself . Gifts are nice . But always has to except it regardless if you like it or not . To not offend the giver of the gift. Akram is trying to not feel estranged from Ali . But I don’t think she wants to rekindle their relationship again . Nomatter if she is having the baby blues or tired .

Oui c'est que Akram qui prendra une décision pour sa vie pas les viewers elle était bien avant la venu de Peter tu vois la joie de la famille l'arrivée de ses soeurs les retrouvailles et un peu de tristesse au retour de Peter et des soeurs lorsqu'ils ont fait le mur toute la famille était bien les parents qui s'amusent ainsi que Ali et Akram avec la brouette c'est agréable de les voir plaisanter et rire il a fallu le problème d'Ali qui a tout fait basculer si au moins c'est un autre problème que la dote je crois sa ne va pas finir comme sa Akram a bien dit sur Ali qu'elle ne pourra pas oublier le passé tout ce que je te demande Akram repose toi essaie de te calmer va voir un docteur pour le moment c'est dur parce le problème n'est pas encore réglé mais sa viendra petit à petit prend ton courage à deux mains contrôle tes nerfs dieu t'aidera
