বাংলাদেশে গাড়ি ক্রয়ে ১০০ থেকে ৫০০ শতাংশ শুল্ক দিতে হয়। সরকারি গাড়িগুলোর শুল্ক সাধারণত ২০০-৩০০%। তার মানে যেই গাড়ির দাম ৭৫ লাখ, সেটার ৫০ লাখ টাকা আবার সরকারি কোষাগারেই ফেরত যায়।
