That whole speech was real from the heart. It was obviously polished up for TV, but Jeff and AJ have both said that it was all AJ speaking right from the chest. I miss the days when TNA was always dope, every damn night.

One of my favorite things about wrestling is how it blends fiction with reality. I think it's pretty obvious that this was scripted, but the feelings still seem genuine.

Yep, AJ's a vet and don't you forget it. He even appeared on WCW for a second back in the day. He's been a champion in TNA, Ring of Honor, and New Japan Pro Wrestling all before he ever step foot in WWE. AJ finds success literally everywhere he goes, the man is just a once in a generation type talent imo.

Jeff's been fighting his alcohol and pill addiction for like twenty years now, he's been fired and hired back to every wrestling promotion there is. That man needs DDP yoga in his life, in his prime he could've been one of if not the greatest entertainer there is or was but his demons always got the best of him which is what held him back so many many times.
