Would love to say that this is the best bakery stories of all time, compared to others channel. Simple, humble, dedicated baking couple who passionate what they do and able to create so many delicious baked good sourced from ethical farmer (without using any pesticide on their wheat ) obviously he loves what he brings to the table. I am definitely checking at least one of these bakeries when I visit Japan, and I would definitely love to visit Mr Misawa and Ms Momoko's bakery for a chilli burger and some curry buns.

Interesting Ichijima bakery & burger restaurant by Mr & Mrs Misawa (and staff)! Everything looks delicious! All of the different burgers (bacon, cheese, fish, pulled pork, etc.) are scrumptious, especially the thick bacon slices. The eating terrace has beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and fields, while the inside restaurant looks very cosy and casual. Thank you for making and sharing this wonderful video!

自分も洋菓子始めてまだ４０年ちょっとですが、全く同じ意見です。 シンプルなものほどごまかしが出来ないのでとても難しいです。好きではないと続けることは出来ない仕事です。お身体大切にして頑張ってくださいね。スタッフにお願いがあります。パンの焼きあがりの時だけしか聞けないパンの音を聞かせてください。お願いします。
