I love seeing the babies flutter their little wings. And when the baby settled to sleep was so cute. Nature is so precious and you're so lucky having these near you.

Birds are omnivores and would eat worms and other animals smaller then them
It is amazing how these birds trust you so well! The mother is working so hard to feed her relentlessly hungry chick, and you are kindly giving her lots of help! It is really beautiful to watch and so kind that you want to help these birds. I thank you!

It always amazes me the size of the 'baby' actually looks larger than the parents. Sparrows, Grackles, Robins, etc. all do the fluttering and vocalizing.

Absolutely adorable, and so glad to see the parent is getting some help to feed this baby. It isn’t easy for little birds to survive these days, the odds are against them with so much urbanization, they need all the help they can get, they are fragile and vulnerable. I hope this adorable baby gets to live a fruitful live where it gets to feed its own babies someday. Loved it, thank you for the great video.

Sekisuke and his partner Momiko had bred twice this season, and in the first breeding, They were attacked by crows when the babies leaving the nest. Crows are attracted to the garbage that people throw away, and the number of crows in the city has increased greatly and they've became vermin. Usually Pied wagtails lay 5 to 6 eggs but only one fledgling were survived. And the second breeding, they laid 5 eggs total on my balcony. Perhaps he felt safer on the balcony where he left the nest two years ago. Unfortunately, their nest was hit by a guerrilla rainstorm and again, only one was survived. You are saying is so true! Thank you for your comment! It made me think a lot😊

@@Sekisuke what a wonderful bird parent you are! It's sad that more don't survive but this one is partly thanks to you. My family don't have birds of our own and put out seed and water for wild pigeons so we got to see a lot of adolescents visit the balcony, helping wild birds is so lovely.

I like how baby doesn't pick worm up from floor by itself, very spoiled lol.
These birds have become more n more popular in the UK, especially in industrial places. We had several wagtails nest in the pallets at work. They loved the Pallets.
