I read (spoilers) there's tragedy for the Nightingales and James goes on the rampage seeking answers. Juliet ends up in hospital after the fall we saw in the Winter trailer needing surgery. It definitely does point to Juliet dying. I'd rather they didn't kill her off, especially if her and Peri have just had a row about marriage. Quite a cruel way to end their relationship by having Juliet exit the soap this way.
