I could see that he would never make his museum. Just look at what responsibilities he has. He's a teacher, does lots of youtube vids, live streams, has a family and kid with needs. He has no time to ever open a museum. He even quite about his museum now and has made zero progress towards opening a museum after years. You do realize 99.9% of youtubers and twitch personalities have patron and PayPal right ? It's very normal to have donations to help support channels. A serious museum needs regular curation. Needs aesthetic and design choices to be considered. Not to mention planning permission, health/safety audits, understanding of how the public will interact with the exhibits. What is the message of the museum? Why would one exhibit connect with another? Does the museum explore the concepts of artistry and creation? Would the museum provide insight into the architecture of hardware, the ergonomitry of the user experience? The beauty and passion of over 40 years of development? Some consoles on a table with a smiley face dude saying "Be careful, its super rare" is not a museum. A private collector crowing over his overpriced wares is not a museum.
