In October, American youth visited our Masjid to learn about Islam and explore the mosque. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐀𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐝 gave them a tour and shared lessons on 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭, 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 despite our differences. This meaningful event occurred at the Muslim Educational Center in Morton Grove, IL, USA, leaving a lasting impact on all participants.

jazakum allah khyraan, I notice, my brother, that some Muslim preachers do not focus on why we are Muslims? How do we verify that the Qur’an is the word of the Creator and that Muhammad is a true prophet? Going beyond these points makes many people know the basics of Islam, but they will not be a Muslim because they cannot experience how Muslims verify that their religion is the truth.
