you don't have to wear white and cover your head "all of the time", with the exception of when we are doing White Tantric! However, when you wear all white and cover your head while practicing kundalini yoga and meditating, it helps to ground and raise your *Kundalini and your vibrational (electromagnetic) field! *Kundalini is a Sanscrit term from ancient India that identifies the arising of an energy and consciousness which has been coiled at the base of the spine.
