A Kayak Trolling Motor Build

A DIY on how to build a complete Kayak Trolling Motor set up on my Jackson Big Rig. I started with a 36 lb. thrust Newport Vessels with a 24" shaft. I also built a control box with PWM for infinite speed control with battery meter, and kill switch. Instead of using foot controls to steer I decided on making a tiller steer system.
