I went to an ENT not long after i moved from the East Coast of the US to Colorado. My sinuses ended up needing scraped and ballooned and a slight deviation fixed... but I'll never forget the surprise on his face when he saw my ears for the first time. "How do you keep your ears so clean?" And "in my 30 years of practice, I've never seen someone with ears as healthy and as clean as yours are!" Seriously made my day lol! Now my husband, his ears get blocked up and luckily our ENT taught me how to use the proper tools and camera to clean his ears without hurting him or doing any ear washes. (We live far from the nearest doc and have to plan out appointments and a hotel when we go, so doc taught us how to properly take care of our ears and sinuses to help save us some money in traveling) I wouldn't wish the discomfort or pain that infections or clogged ear wax causes on anyone.

Yea naw you won't find any until a certain income bracket. I am poor and my counselor and therapist was coming to do house visits but eventually your luck runs out and they say you need to come in to the office even if you needed house visits for transportation issues. No one gives a fuck about you in the US period, people in the UK do and it really is just that simple. If the people in the US cared they would vote in social healthcare.

@tbonedude12 sorry to hear that, pro's and cons to public and private healthcare, in an ideal world - there should be the same treatment for all

Sorry you can't get the help you need. Please look into whatever resources there are out there. There are support groups for specific diseases, children or retirees, vets...the list goes on. Unfortunately, we have to be our own advocates. But on the bright side, at least the US has the best health outcomes of any first world nation. Oh, wait...I meant to say the worst. And single payer health care will never gain traction here, the insurance companies have too much influence. Take care, my friend. ❤@@tbonedude12
