I do a long hike early every morning with my dog up Mont Royale in Montreal and there are ALWAYS beautiful women running those trails. ALWAYS. And they clearly watch their diet too as tiny waistlines do not happen without discipline. They might have a gift of good genes to start out but it is their mindset and attention to details that keeps them especially attractive.

I'm not interested in a woman unless she works out. Exercise is hygiene. My college girlfriend was a Dyme Puerto Rican from NYC... She was a hardcore athlete, so I've definitely seen what you're talking about.

Dymes are everywhere in some parts of CA so you have a higher chance at getting one but if you do it can be stressful for some. Men have to compete but you have to make your dyme you get compete to keep you too.

I used to think I knew..but after maturing and seeing many different women from different cultures..I've realized there are very few dimes in the world..and what I once thought were dimes..were more like 7s...lol..but in all seriousness..the thing I've realized most about dimes...are that most of them are actually very cool..laid back and chilled ..and if you have your stuff together and some convo ..you can actually get with them...maybe not long term..but more than what most guys think...I used to think that all the guys be after them..and that they be stuck up..I'm learning that's not the case...most of them just want to be around a cool dude that they can talk to you...funny they will actually cooperate more with a man than that avg 5... Which is crazy to me...but of course you do have those beauties who act like they shit don't stink..but most of the time..at least speaking from my experience...dimes be super cool.. fun..and more chilled than people give them credit for .l at least for the short term

Thank you for talking about how important it is to be in shape. I feel like sexually at the core men and women operate similarly. We love hot sexy bodies. I've known a couple of girls who made the transformation from frumpy to Gorgeous just by getting into shape. I've experienced being attractive to a lot more women whenever I'm in better shape.
