Using cheap AKKO switches on a custom board worth 400-500$ goes to show how much better budget switches have gotten. The whole build sounds amazing, and I don't think anyone would think right away that you're using AKKO switches after hearing that sound test.

Akko switches are amazing bang for buck. They started out as decent competition to the Gateron Yellow monopoly but have now become a proper contender in the budget space with tons of different switches. They're high quality and you legit won't be able to tell them apart from high-end switches if you picked from their Jelly lineup.

Gotta love Akko. Their price/performance is just fantastic across the board. From switches, to keycaps, to boards, you're always getting a good deal. Sure, you could get better, but it's diminishing returns.

Love the akko cs silvers. So smooth and tight. You could use them stock. They're long poles comes very handy when building the budget nf boards

For me, Akko switches are almost as bad and crappy as Tecsee ones, and as much as prone to break keycap stems.
