A KFC employee showed me this chicken leg trick! Crispy legs in 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
9 chicken legs.
Soy sauce 30 ml.
Instant coffee 5 g.
black pepper 5 g.
dried thyme.
3 cloves of garlic.
1 tsp honey.
Vegetable oil 20 ml.
mix well.
Paprika 10 g.
mix well.
Add marinade.
mix well.
Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Potatoes 9 pcs.
smoked bacon 500 g.
2 carrots.
Salt.
Herbs of Provence.
Garlic powder.
Olive oil 30 ml.
mix well.
place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C / 356°F.
Sauce:
3 spoons of sour cream.
grate a clove of garlic.
Dill.
Soy sauce.
mix well.
the sauce is ready.
Salad:
Arugula.
3 cherry tomatoes.
Cut like in the video.
1 red onion.
pickled mushrooms.
Cheese feta.
Tahini.
Balsamic vinegar.
Salt.
1 tsp honey.
Vegetable fat.
mix well.
add to salad.

Again with the soy sauce & "herbs of province"? Many cooks get locked into the same flavors. There's some great recipes here. It's just that sometimes they all taste the same ... Whenever possible, I freshly grind herbs and seeds using a grinder or pestal & mortar. This can create a huge positive difference to the flavor of all foods.
