This is just a tip of the Ruiru, Thika, Juja, Kiambu land fraudulence per excellence. Fake brokers, allegedly dead sellers, land registry researchers as lawyers, overwritten share certificates, duplicated original tittles of single plot, and suffering original ideal buyers.

He did. If you listened to the report, they said the ID, PIN & title and details of seller matched those of the land owner. It's hard to tell that the title was fake. The search should have shown there's a new owner, unless the new owner did not do a transfer.
