It is the stupid Guy who found her who has NOT reported it to the Police, and when he got the Doctor out to check her, even SHE did not report it to the Police that a Woman was found and pulled from the River who had Amnesia. It is the Baby who suffers, and how long is the Woman going to go on with Milk leaking and her Breasts are going to be mighty sore, and then she could get an infection from the Milk not being released.
