Awesome finish. My favorite Legendary Ocean combo is with Terrorking Salmon and Gagagigo. Six monsters that are 2600 and 2650 normal summons

The 3rd copy of ocean is often dead, so playing a terraforming in its place is like playing three with free deck thinning and no brick. If the deck relied more on ocean, i would consider playing the third.

It can negate it, it just usually doesn't change the math. Like in this video, the limiter was negated, but the opponent had to pay enough life to still put them in range of lethal, without the limiter doubling the attack.
