A good video for learning how to incorporate feel and the flow. If you cant sense the intent of being hit by your opponent by his body language, or after swords collide, its safe to assume its a feint

Using a feder without mitten gauntlets and throat and groin protection. When you get injured, don't complain. 😉😉

I usually use none of those things in sparring. Just like they didn’t need them back in the day... Something to think about.

Daniel Morgen Ah ok I thought you meant like your personal list of best in the world, not the official rankings. Those change and people can have off days or there can be bad judging.

@@JetConvoy This is true, matched are judged differently too. The lack of standardization makes it confusing.

I wouldn't judge a fencer based on some ranking system. Especially not with the different types of tournaments, and the bias that goes into judging.
